The Throat Chakra, known in Sanskrit as Vishuddha, is the center of authentic communication and creative truth. It governs the ability to express what is real, to speak with clarity, and to live in integrity with one’s higher purpose. When balanced, it empowers you to share your wisdom, listen deeply, and align your outer words with your inner knowing. When blocked, it manifests as fear of judgment, self-censorship, or disconnection from one’s truth.
In Throat Chakra 101: Truth, Voice, Self-Expression, Dr. Constance Santego guides you through the energetic anatomy of Vishuddha with her signature blend of ancient teachings, modern energy science, and practical spiritual tools. This fifth book in the Chakra 101 Series invites you to discover how vibration itself becomes a language of the soul — and how your voice can become a vessel for healing, creation, and divine alignment.
Inside You’ll Discover:
- The spiritual and physiological functions of the Throat Chakra — and how it bridges communication between the Heart and the Mind.
- How sound, vibration, and resonance affect your energy field and emotional well-being.
- The difference between speaking from love and speaking as love — and how to embody truth through presence.
- Energy practices and meditations to release fear, shame, and the “invisible walls” that block self-expression.
- Breathwork, chanting, and mindful silence as tools for purification and empowerment.
- Journal prompts to explore authenticity, creativity, and the power of listening.
- Practical rituals for aligning your words with integrity and divine will.
Dr. Santego reveals that healing the Throat Chakra is not just about learning to speak — it’s about learning to resonate. Each word, tone, and silence becomes a reflection of your state of consciousness. When you reclaim your voice, you reclaim your creative power.
Through the Throat Chakra, energy begins to rise again — carrying all the wisdom gathered from the lower chakras: the love of the Heart, the stability of the Root, the flow of the Sacral, and the will of the Solar Plexus. Here, love becomes language; energy becomes expression.
This book includes:
- Guided meditations and breathwork for vocal alignment
- Energy healer and Reiki insights for vibrational attunement
- Elemental correspondences of Ether and Sound
- Affirmations, aromatherapy, and crystal recommendations
- A Quick Reference Toolkit for daily energy maintenance
Whether you are a healer, teacher, artist, or seeker, Throat Chakra 101 will help you reconnect to your inner voice — the sacred sound of your soul remembering itself.
Step into your next initiation on the chakra journey.
Speak your truth.
Sing your purpose.
And let the vibration of your words become the light that leads.

Store description
In 2002, World of Books Group was founded on an ethos to do good, protect the planet and support charities by enabling more goods to be reused. Since then, we've grown into to a global company pioneering the circular economy. Today, we drive the circular economy through three re-commerce brands: - Wob: Through Wob, we sell. We provide affordable, preloved books and media to customers all over the world. A book leaves our collection of over seven million titles and begins a new chapter every two seconds, enabling more goods to be reused. - Ziffit: Through Ziffit, we buy. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
