Paperback. The Three Fates of Charlie Red is a coming-of-age YA fantasy about destiny, free will, and the strange magic of being alive. At her bougie Arizona high school, Charlie Red is at the top of the food chain. She's the hot tomboy even the popular girls crush on, the suave class clown who can charm any teacher into giving her a passing grade. But it's all an act to hide that she lives in a cramped RV with her mom, whose addiction is spiraling out of control. As the grief behind her flirt-a-thons and practical jokes grows harder to ignore, Charlie feels one wrong step away from falling apart. But in a realm beyond Earth, three ancient witches have already tied her fate to something far bigger. When their magic seeps into Charlie's world-through an eerie class pet toad and visions she can't explain-she discovers the tragedies in her life aren't accidents, but the work of an evil witch bent on her destruction. To take back control, Charlie must face the cosmic forces steering her life, but taking the wheel means confronting the pain she's been running from. In the end, her final decision will have lasting effects on the fate of humankind. This item is printed on demand.
