Allan is a Baby Boomer from the generation of love, peace, and happiness, and he displays his feelings in poetry. Allan embraces the endurance required in life, and it is reflected in his writing skills and topics. The poems address the environment, feelings of love, feelings of loneliness, and feelings of warmth and comfort. There is a poem for an individual of each generation to enjoy. Allan’s memories and thoughts will create new experiences for readers.
Silent Glaciers
Majestic glaciers are falling
Watch the water rise
See empty towns
Penguins flee
Quietly ice melts
Salmon migrate
Seals scatter
White bears rule the coast
Not all will be lost
Nature has a silent cost
