From #1 New York Times bestselling author S.C. Stephens comes an emotionally charged romance about a young woman in a new city torn between her devoted boyfriend and a dangerously irresistible local rock star. For nearly two years, Kiera's boyfriend, Denny, has been everything she's ever wanted--kind, loving, and completely devoted. When they move to a new city to begin their future together, with Denny starting his dream job and Kiera enrolling at a top university, their life seems perfectly on track. But when an unexpected obligation forces Denny away, Kiera finds herself alone for the first time, overwhelmed by loneliness and uncertainty. Seeking comfort, she forms an unlikely friendship with Kellan Kyle, a charismatic local rock star with a magnetic presence. At first, he's simply someone she can talk to, someone who understands her isolation. But as the nights grow longer and her feelings deepen, the line between friendship and desire begins to blur. One impulsive moment changes everything, leaving Kiera torn between the safe love she's always known and a passion she never saw coming.…

For almost two years now, Kiera's boyfriend, Denny, has been everything she's ever wanted: loving, tender, and endlessly devoted to her. When they head off to a new city to start their lives together--Denny at his dream job and Kiera at a top-notch university--everything seems perfect. Then an unforeseen obligation forces the happy couple apart. Feeling lonely, confused, and in need of comfort, Kiera turns to an unexpected source--a local rock star named Kellan Kyle. At first, he's purely a friend she can lean on, but as her loneliness grows, so does their relationship. And then one night everything changes...and none of them will ever be the same.
