nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Thinking Like a Senior Independent Engineer examines what changes when experienced engineers work without the protection of an organization. The book focuses on responsibility without authority, personal risk, professional judgment, and decision-making under uncertainty. It explores how independent engineers think about clients, contracts, failure, blame, reputation, and long-term consequences when they are directly accountable for outcomes.Rather than offering tactics or business advice, the book presents mental models drawn from real production and client work, showing how judgment-not execution speed-becomes the core professional asset in independent engineering roles.
