I sincerely hope reading these memoirs gives you as much enjoyment as the events gave me, for the most part, when I was living through them.
Human nature is timeless! Through an easy to read, entertaining style this collection of short stories has been written to memorialize what people have actually said, and more importantly done, in the workplace. Management reaction to employee survey results and tales of Company sponsored employee medical insurance are included
Often hilarious, occasionally sad, revealing and true these stories prove that one cannot expect too much or, in occasional cases, too little from certain people.
In environments ranging from textile mills in the deep South to prisons in New York City and in communications with corporate officers of multi-billion-dollar international firms to employees in the warehouse these events actually occurred!
From union negotiations to handling an attorney representing an employee there are hundreds of “How To” examples. Read, enjoy and apply these techniques in your dealings with people. They really do work!
