Paperback. "I Think My Friend Has PTSD" is a raw, unfiltered journey into the heart of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, told through the eyes of a friend grappling with the possibility that someone they care about is suffering. With unflinching honesty, Melvin Cintron invites readers to confront the realities of PTSD, acknowledging the "dark places inside" that so many veterans and others carry, . This book is not a clinical guide, but a heartfelt plea for understanding, a challenge to societal stigmas, and a reminder that even in the midst of brokenness, hope and connection are possible, . Written with deliberate grammatical imperfections to reflect the scrambled thoughts and emotional turmoil of PTSD, this book serves as a testament to resilience, empathy, and the power of acknowledging, "we are not always broken, and when we are, we are not broken alone".
