A inventive, resourceful and tasty cookbook of the vegan food prepared on Sea Shepherd ships whilst they are at sea taking part in anti-whaling campaigns. The recipes are inspired by the necessity of staying committed to the vegan ideals of a compassionate life that causes no harm to animals, even when in situations where food variety is scarce. Italian chef Raffaella Tolicetti, who has worked as a vegan cook aboard the Sea Shepherd ships, offers a variety of tasty, healthy vegan recipes which can be made in even the most constrained of circumstances.
