Limited edition No 37 of 100 only printed. 50 pages printed in red and black, with preface by Arthur Hooley. This is one of a series he did over successive years, the first being in 1906 and this in 1907 (the 2nd series). The observations and asides date from1900 to 1904. white vellum spine with blue sugar paper boards, inscribed names of Norman and Shirley Ann Emery inside cover, a little spotting to endpapers, contents very good+. RARE. Small square octavo.

We are a small, single-owner business. We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
