The book concludes with a series of descriptions of prominent local events, together with their menus, including a breakfast for Mrs. McKinley, a Creole luncheon, and a Japanese dinner. Wear, together with mild chipping and few closed tears to wrapper, newspaper clipping pasted to title page, spattering to a few pages, offsetting to two pages from laid in clipping, occasional pencil annotations to recipes, small chip to lower margin of a few pages.
