Not all items for sale on ABE are kept in the shop so please let us know if you would like to view any items in advance of your visit. Orders accepted by telephone, e-mail or letter. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Visa Debit. Postage, packing and insurance are extra at cost. Books may be returned within ten days of receipt if found to be not as described, providing the books are returned adequately packaged and in the same condition as received. Please notify us prior to returning any books. Books remain the property of The Raven Bookshop until payment is received in full. Our shop is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 9.30am until 4pm and Thursday from 11am until 3pm. We endeavour to use recycled packaging where possible. Shipping is through 2nd class Royal Mail.
Items over £20
All shipped items are expertly packed, using recycled packaging where possible. All books to be sent by Recorded Delivery (UK) or signed-for Air Mail (overseas) service. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
