Paperback. This collection traces the struggles and joys of cultivating life and hope while managing the realities of a persistent medical condition and an increasingly dry landscape (and a sometimes hostile political one). The result: an unflinching take on aging, shifting social dynamics, and how we interact with our environment when both are under duress. Through self-examination, these poems wrest the wisdom to name and face challenges and to celebrate joys, all in language that is at once accessible and evocative. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.
