I am thankful to my teacher for helping me be the best I can be!
In this heartwarming picture book, children thank their teachers for laugh-out-loud days and trail-blazing subjects. They're thankful for teachers who point out the possibilities, celebrate differences, pay attention to the details, and go above and beyond.
A Thank You Letter to My Teacher celebrates a wide variety of teaching styles and school experiences from a group of diverse children. A celebration of those who help kids learn, it's the perfect book for every teacher at the start of the year, end of the year, or anytime in between!
My teacher inspires me to
be curious,
take chances, make discoveries,
be open to mistakes…
And always leave room for improvement.
OOPS!
That means pointing out what is possible,
seeing the big picture,
and paying attention to the details.
SPLAT SPLAT, SPLAT!
I am thankful to my teacher
for thoughtful tips.
memorable match-ups.
and strengthening my skills...
to showcase and shine!
POOF!
