Coopers Hill". 686 illustrations in the text, a handful in colour. An excellent copy. The Royal Indian Engineering College ("R.I.E.C." or sometimes known as the I.C.E. (Indian Civil Engineering) College) was open between 1872 and 1906, located on the Cooper's Hill estate near Egham, Surrey.
