Paperback. He is a respected college professor. He is a domestic security policy advisor. He is The Terrorist. "The Terrorist" is a pulse-pounding political techno-thriller that takes you into the duplicitous world of a respected and charismatic engineering professor who is a bomber for hire. Harold Case, PhD. builds and detonates sophisticated weapons of mass destruction on behalf of a political kingmaker to influence political policy and annihilate opposition. Professor Case creates an adversary out of Seattle Police Officer Danny Baylor when Baylor's wife and son are among the victims of a bomb explosion that destroys the 23-story federal courthouse in downtown Seattle on the annual Constitution Day event attended by grade school children. Baylor must deal with his grief and control his desire for vengeance. Harold Case toys with city leaders and stays a step ahead of the federal law enforcement task force investigating his assaults on the Pacific Northwest by accessing a secret government cyber communication system and the technology they are using in their attempt to apprehend him. "The Terrorist" is the riveting page-turner from "Runnin' With the Devil" author John Stimson.A screenplay of "The Terrorist" won the Best Screenplay Award at the 2021 Paris Film Festival's screenplay competition.
