The front cover has a two-inch closed tear at the fore-edge and several smaller chips and tears along the top and bottom edges. The spine is creased and shows significant wear at the head and tail. A previous owner's name and numbers are written in blue ink on the front cover. The text block edges are dyed red. Internal pages are toned due to age, with some spotting on the title page. The binding remains intact despite external wear.
