Tending the Shepherd: 90-Day Devotional for Rest and Renewal for the Pastor's Soul
You care for others—but who’s caring for you?
In the quiet places between sermons, meetings, and ministry demands, many pastors carry silent burdens that few ever see. Tending the Shepherd is a 90-day devotional written specifically for those who lead others yet often feel overlooked, overwhelmed, or empty themselves.
This book is not about performance, productivity, or perfection. It is a sanctuary of Scripture, story, and soul care—a place where weary shepherds can lay down their burdens and find the rest they so often preach about but rarely receive.
Each daily entry includes:
-
A personal story that reflects the real struggles and sacred moments of pastoral life
-
A devotional reflection grounded in biblical truth and spiritual encouragement
-
A heartfelt prayer to guide you back to intimacy with God
-
Practical tools for navigating ministry challenges with grace
-
Space for personal reflection, gratitude, and journaling
Whether you’re battling burnout, questioning your calling, or simply in need of fresh hope, this devotional is a reminder that your soul matters, too. Let these pages be a companion as you rediscover the joy of your calling—not in what you do, but in who you are.
Because before you were a pastor, you were His child.
And before you shepherd others, He still longs to shepherd you.
