Ten Laws of Never Running Out of Things to Say: Shortcuts on Becoming Most Talkative, With Practical Exercises
I've gone completely blank talking to someone I liked. I've sat through an entire silent phone call with one of my closest friends. For years I thought this meant something was wrong with me — that I just didn't have enough to say. I was wrong. The problem was never a lack of material. It was timidity.

- Chapters on reading body language, texting vs. talking, video calls, and ending a conversation gracefully
- A 30-day practice plan with a daily exercise for each law
- A 50-question cheat sheet organized by situation — strangers, crushes, old friends, work, family, and texting
- Quotes from Einstein, Marcus Aurelius, Confucius, Brené Brown, and other thinkers throughout
