A promotional booklet that provides travelers to Germany (in the early 1950's) with information on planning a trip to that country - highlighting the most interesting sights and concentrating on art lovers. Illustrated with vintage b/w photographs. The charming front cover was created by Th. Abeking, who also drew a folded two-color map which is inset into the back of the book that shows the route of the 10-day tour and a list of possible hotels to stay at. Measures 5.5" x 8" with 80 pages. Several of the cover corners are bent and the rear cover had some small tears that have been repaired with scotch tape.
