15pp, [1]. With a terminal page of publisher's advertisements. Recent marbled paper boards, printed paper lettering-piece. Minor wear to extremities. Text-block working loose of binding, light damp-staining to bottom corner and gutter margin of all leaves. First published in 1703 with the fuller title; '.a poem occasion'd by the late success of the Duke of Ormond, the Duke of Malborough, Sir George Rook &c. against France and Spain.' Written by one Bryan a worthy chaplain to the Bishop of Norwich, sometimes confused with Yalden's poem of this title, published in 1700. Later reissued with other remaindered Hills poems in A collection of the best English poetry, by several hands (London, 1717). ESTC T49930. Size: 8vo. Seller Inventory # AQ13405
