What do you really know about the Knight Templars?
How did a group of only nine men manage to rise to such power and wealth in less than 20 years? Did they discover a treasure? Did they gain access to secrets or ancient knowledge that could topple the Church? Did they find the Holy Grail, the Ark of the Covenant, anything else that gave them immense power?
There is such a legend surrounding the Templars that it has become difficult to separate myths from history. This book will help you do just that. In 12 chapters, you will meet and discover these soldiers of Christ. You will find out who they really were, why they were fighting, how they became so rich and powerful. You will explore what it was to be a Templar by going through their initiation cermeony (called reception). You will witness how they lived, where they lived, their military training, their castles, their legacy. You will see how they were forced to fall. And finally, you will discover what happened after they disappeared, what is their connection to Freemasonry and whether modern Templars walk among us.
