In 2001, he co-founded a Sino-Japanese joint venture trenchless construction enterprise. By the end of 2003, he successively introduced 12 sets of ISE mud-water balance pipe-jacking machines, trained a large number of first-line pipe-jacking machine operators by using the self-writing teaching materials, and cooperated with Japanese technical experts to develop a mud-water balance pipe-jacking machine suitable for Chinese soil layers. In 2004, Shaoxing Panshi Foundation Co., Ltd. was established. He has published 16 academic papers, and participated in the compilation of 'Pipe-jacking and Micro-tunnel Construction Acceptance Code' and 'Trenchless Engineering'.
