The skies are full of danger, from sky pirates who raid without mercy to the Carronade, a haze-born weapon that twists all it touches.
When their workshop is attacked, apprentices Ikarim and Arteus are forced into service with the pirates, while Magaliana, a noble, is sold to the one man whispered of in myth: the Techno Mage, master of both alchemy and machine.
Aboard his legendary airship, Magaliana’s craft flourishes in ways she never imagined. Meanwhile, Ikarim and Arteus dream of a reunion, unaware of the mage’s deep influence on her.
But when the Carronade fires again and the friends are finally reunited, the truth waiting for them could tear everything apart—and Magaliana may pay the ultimate price.
