Technical Practices from a World Leading High Performance Expert to Maximise the Performance of Your Players and Team
Following the success of his best-selling book, "Football Periodization to Maximise Performance", and the first volume in this series "Warm Ups to Maximise Performance", Adam Owen PhD (High Performance Expert and UEFA Pro & A License Educator) now shares his unparalleled expertise in football science and performance coaching to help coaches optimise technical training at all levels.
Key Benefits of this Book for Coaches:
• Develop both technical quality and physical capacity through intensive (small spaces) and extensive (large spaces) practices
• Prepare players with game-specific technical actions that translate directly into competitive match situations
• Build technical, physical, and mental readiness into every session

• Seamless session flow from warm-up to peak intensity
• Structure and clarity aligned with training goals
• Realistic training environments to replicate match demands
• Injury prevention through intelligent design and football-specific periodization
