Paperback. Tech-Free Discipline is your blueprint for repairing family dynamics that have been eroded by digital distraction. In today's screen-saturated world, it's not just kids who are affected-relationships between parents, children, and even siblings can weaken when attention is divided by phones, tablets, and gaming. This book offers a step-by-step plan to restore respect, strengthen bonds, and rebuild trust in the home-without giving up technology completely.Family harmony isn't just about rules-it's about connection. When children spend more time interacting with screens than with family, communication breaks down, cooperation drops, and respect can fade.
