Cheer Diaries Book 1 - Team Tryouts - By Elodie
Elodie definitely didn't plan for cheer tryouts.
(In fact, "panic about cheerleading" was not on her schedule.)
But when she accidentally finds herself stepping into Infinity Cheer Academy, everything changes. Suddenly there are new teammates, new skills to learn, and a challenge bigger-and sparklier-than she ever expected.
Tryouts aren't easy. Between learning stunts, surviving practice drills, and trying not to overthink every single move, Elodie starts to wonder if she's in way over her head. But with a team cheering her on and a few unexpected friendships forming, she might just discover that bravery doesn't mean being perfect-it means trying anyway.
Funny, honest, and full of cheerleading adventures, Tryouts is the first book in the Cheer Diaries series.
Perfect for readers aged 7-11, this diary-style story is packed with humour, teamwork, and the excitement of finding your place on a team.
About the Cheer Diaries Series
Welcome to Infinity Cheer Academy, where every practice brings new challenges, new friendships, and plenty of cheerleading adventures.
The Cheer Diaries series follows a squad of young athletes as they navigate tryouts, cheer camp, competitions, and the ups and downs of being part of a team. Told through funny and relatable diary entries, each book shares the story from a different teammate's perspective.
Along the way, the Infinity Cheer Academy Comets learn that cheerleading is about more than just skills and routines. It's about teamwork, perseverance, confidence, and supporting each other through every tumble, stunt, and challenge.
Join Elodie, Jayden, Kenzie, and the rest of the team as they tumble, laugh, and grow together throughout their all-star cheer season.
