Your competitors are already exploring AI agents. This is your starting point.
AI agents are no longer a future technology. They are being deployed today — in sales, finance, HR, operations, and customer success — by organisations that have decided to treat AI not as a tool their employees use, but as a role with defined responsibilities, measurable output, and human oversight.
This book gives senior leaders the complete framework to make that transition.
- Map your organisation to identify where agents will create the most value
- Build a business case that survives CFO and board scrutiny
- Execute your first deployment in thirty days with a week-by-week framework
- Deploy across six business functions with function-specific guidance
- Govern your agent programme with a built-in risk and compliance framework
- Build toward a twelve-month AI-enabled operating model
Every chapter is designed to produce a decision or an action — not just an insight.
Written specifically for the GCC context. Most AI books are written for Silicon Valley or London. This one addresses the regulatory environment, cultural dynamics, nationalisation requirements, and operational realities that executives in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and across the Gulf actually face — including specific guidance on Saudi PDPL compliance, Saudisation and Emiratisation tracking, and Arabic-language deployment considerations.
From the first deployment to a fully operational agent team, Your AI Team is the practical guide that takes you from knowing AI matters to knowing exactly what to do next.
