Austin Sarat is William Nelson Cromwell Professor of Jurisprudence and Political Science at Amherst College. He is the author of The Road to Abolition? The Future of Capital Punishment in the United States and When Government Breaks the Law.
Cathrine O. Frank is associate professor of English at the University of New England. She is author of Law, Literature, and the Transmission of Culture in England, 1837-1925and, with Austin Sarat and Matthew Anderson, ofLaw and the Humanities: An Introduction.
Matthew Anderson is associate professor in the School of Literature, Communication, and Culture at Georgia Institute of Technology. He is the author of Liveness: Performance in a Mediatized CultureandPerforming Glam Rock: Gender and Theatricality in Popular Music.
