Dr. Matthew Short is a Texas educator, writer, speaker, and classroom culture advocate with more than thirteen years of experience serving students, teachers, and future educators across public schools and higher education. He holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees that shaped his belief that teaching is both a craft and a calling.Throughout his career, Dr. Short has worked as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, clinical supervisor, mentor, and professional learning designer. His experience spans elementary education, literacy instruction, special education support, gifted education, ESL instruction, teacher preparation, and campus culture development. He has supervised and coached preservice teachers, supported instructional growth, designed professional learning, and helped educators build classrooms where structure, humor, ownership, relationships, and trust are not decorative ideas, but daily practices.Dr. Short's work is grounded in a simple but urgent belief: teachers should not have to destroy themselves to prove they care. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
