Neuware - Mella finds herself in a whole new world, surrounded by all new things and people. Life was often scary back in the tall trees in that tiny little house, but it was all she knew, and that brought her comfort. Now, separated from her Momma, and her baby brother Pete, Mella has to find out how to make her way in this strange new home with all new rules and people. The cruelty she finds here makes her wonder if there are more than just Bad Men to be afraid of, but Bad Women, too.
