About the Author: Geoffrey Nunberg is a senior researcher at the Center for the Study of Language and Information at Stanford University, a Consulting Full Professor of Linguistics at Stanford University, and chair of the Usage Panel of the American Heritage Dictionary. He has written on language, culture and information technology for many publications including the New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Washington Post. The author of The Way we Live Now and Going Nucular, he lives in Stanford, California.
