Short articles on How the "New Process" gas range is made, 5 pages with different (series) of models of ranges including prices, sizes and other specifications plus options including water heaters, reflex ovens, and grate options; and special "New Process" Elevated Broiler. The balance of the book contains articles on the use and benefits of the use of gas cooking and recipies. Mrs. Waterman of Galesburg, Ills. and formerly Director of Cuisine of Marlborough House, Atlantic City lectured and demonstrated on the use of gas ranges. American Stove Co. later introduced the Magic Chef Stove (1929). Laid in is a folded page brochure published by Lyons Gas Light Company, titled "How to Use a Gas Stove" and "Don'ts".
