Some nights, love feels close enough to hear it purr.
When Jack wakes in the middle of the night, something feels different. He could swear he heard a familiar sound - the soft purr of the cats he loved so much. But Tiki and Mimzy are gone... or are they?
As Jack remembers his beloved companions, a quiet mystery unfolds inside the house. While Jack and his mom settle back to sleep, two whiskered spirits may still be padding softly through the rooms, batting toys across the kitchen floor and watching over the family they loved.
Tails of the Wisps is a gentle, comforting cat picture book about the special bond between children and their pets. Inspired by real memories and written with warmth and heart, this beautifully illustrated picture book offers reassurance that love, memories, and the ones we cherish never truly leave us.
Perfect for families navigating the loss of a beloved pet, family member, or friend, Tails of the Wisps reminds readers that sometimes the ones we miss most may still be closer than we think.
Ideal for ages 4-8, families who love animals, and children processing the loss of a beloved pet.
