Product Description
Master the Science and Practice of Elite Tactical Speed and Agility Development
Speed and agility separate elite tactical operators from average performers. The difference between mission success and failure often reduces to fractions of seconds—the ability to accelerate explosively, change direction instantaneously, and maintain high-velocity movement under extreme operational stress.
Yet most tactical training organizations rely on outdated methods, outdated assumptions, and trial-and-error programming that leaves performance gains on the table and operators vulnerable to injury.
This comprehensive guide bridges the gap between cutting-edge sports science and tactical operational reality.
