nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - In 'Table For One', Shanaya Stephens masterfully captures the complexities of lives lived in solitude, laying bare the nuances of loneliness in all its flavours. With unflinching honesty and vulnerability, these poems navigate the desolate landscapes of the human experience, where hope and despair entwine like skeletal branches. Through the eyes of a solitary diner, we witness the ache of longing, the bitterness of heartache, and the resilience of the human spirit. With each verse, Stephens invites us to join her at the table, where the meal is bitter, yet somehow, still savoured. This collection is a hauntingly beautiful exploration of what it means to be alone, and the unexpected ways we find sustenance in the silence.
