Paperback. You're paying vendors to run your business. You call it outsourcing. But what you've actually built is dependency - and someone else is collecting the margin on your growth. This book is about taking it back. THRIVE: Beyond Outsourcing shows founders and CEOs exactly how to build a Global Capability Center in India or Africa that they fully own, operate, and scale - delivering 40-60% cost savings without surrendering culture, institutional knowledge, or control to a vendor who will never care about your company as much as you do. No middlemen. No markups. No dependency. Just your team, your standards, your growth. This isn't theory. When an American entrepreneur came to Mohan Kumar Yevvari exhausted by outsourcing's compounding costs and fractured culture, they didn't sign another contract. They built a GCC together - one the entrepreneur owns outright. That company now employs 200 people and delivers 60% savings over the outsourced model it replaced. That business is not a case study in this book. It is the reason this book exists. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
