Paperback. Documentation of the process for systemic coaching based on the St. Gallen Model (SCM)(R) with personal reflections from the client and myself as the coach, as well as feedback from supervision. The example illustrates the case of a client who, as a singer, struggles with extreme stage fright. The 5-dimensional St. Gallen Model (SCM)(R) identifies values, as well as defining goals and problems, which are linked to the current situation. The journey takes her into the world of emotions and experiences. In the process, she discovers blockages and limiting behavioural patterns. The aim of the coaching is to bring about a lasting and positive transfer into everyday life and to free herself from old patterns. This item is printed on demand.
