Print on Demand. This book explores how people should best be governed by those chosen to lead. It argues that there is no one 'best' system of government, and that the best type and style of leadership depends on the specific circumstances of each society and community. The author suggests neither an absolute monarchy nor strict democracy is universally ideal, but rather that these systems each have specific strengths and flaws which must be balanced in different contexts. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.…
