The mental flexibility to handle anything and get unstuck ― built in just two minutes
Most performance advice focuses on what to do before or after high-stakes moments. You prepare thoroughly beforehand. You debrief and reflect afterward. But when the interview question catches you off guard, the presentation goes sideways or the difficult conversation turns tense ― right there, in the middle of it ― you're on your own. And that gap is exactly where this book begins.
In Switch Thinking, creativity expert Dr Ken Hudson reveals the skills you can use to shift your mindset in even the most challenging situations. Built on 20 years of research and the latest brain science, Hudson's proven system helps you change effortlessly between two very different modes: structured and imaginative thinking. You'll discover the mental flexibility you need to unlock sharper decision making, faster creativity and real confidence under pressure.
What you'll take away:
- A 2-minute 'thinking switch' you can use immediately ― no prep time, no long learning curve
- Tools to change your perspective and see challenges from a new angle, including tools for neurodivergent minds
- A method that will help you break through when you feel blocked, frozen or in a mental rut
- Strategies to combine switch thinking with AI for smarter, more creative problem-solving
- A portable framework you can use alone, in conversation and with your team.
Stop letting critical opportunities pass you by. Train your brain to switch your thinking and watch your impact grow.
