This book aims to give any swimmer or person the necessary keys to get into their own sports project.
Embarking into an unknown project can be very scary, but yet, it is possible. Your past doesn't define your future. It is like starting a new drawing: you will face a white page and maybe even use new tools you did not know existed before.
Life becomes a little simpler when you accept to pursue your goals, There will inevitably be challenges and barriers along the way. This is why a few extra sources of inspiration are important and what best than a book?
This following motivational book was written after Emma-Claire Fierce's North Channel swim in 2020 and her move to the UAE for a new step into the future.
Emma-Claire Fierce is a French writer, speaker, and extreme swimmer.
