Dr. C. R. Parthasarathy holds B.E. and M.E. from Bangalore University and Ph.D. from IISc (1998-2002), with nearly 30 years of geotechnical experience in site characterization, deep foundation testing, and consulting in India and abroad for large-scale projects. He has delivered several lectures on various forums. As a technical partner of Pile Dynamics USA, he is involved in promoting quality testing of deep foundations in India and the Middle East. He has achieved EXPERT Level in the PDI/PDCA Proficiency Test on dynamic measurement and analysis, USA. He is the founder of Taqell Edification Pvt Ltd., and a chairman of SGES Foundation, a non-profit organization. He is an elected National Executive Committee member of the Indian Geotechnical Society for the term 2025–27. He also chaired the 3rd Indian Symposium on Offshore Geotechnics (ISOG 2024).
Prof. B.M. Sunil has been a faculty member of civil engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Karnataka, Surathkal, since 2006. His teaching and research are in the areas of geotechnical engineering (viz., environmental geotechnology, unsaturated soil mechanics, contaminant transport in porous media, utilization of industrial wastes in construction projects, etc.) Apart from teaching and research, Prof. Sunil B.M. has been actively associated with various consultancy works in geotechnical engineering. He has taken up sponsored projects from Industries and R&D organizations. He was a technical committee member for assessing the environmental damage caused by MSW landfill at Mangalore. He is the recipient of Scroll of Honor—for Outstanding Contribution to the cause of Engineering award instituted by the IEI (India). He was the joint organizing secretary of International Symposium on Lowland Technology (ISLT 2016). He was the vice-chair of the 3rd Indian Symposium on Offshore Geotechnics (ISOG 2024).
Dr. Sharanappagouda Kadabinakatti is an Assistant Professor in civil engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, India. He obtained his master’s degree in geotechnical engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. His doctoral research focused on in situ soil strength characterization of deepwater seabeds using an instrumented free-fall penetrometer. His research interests include offshore foundations, subsea soil characterization, soil–structure interaction, and sustainable reuse of geomaterials. He has published several research articles in reputed international journals and has been actively involved in teaching and consultancy in geotechnical engineering. Dr. Kadabinakatti is also a Board of Studies (BOS) member in civil engineering at a private university, contributing to curriculum design and academic development. In addition, he actively engages in consultancy, laboratory management, and collaborative research initiatives.
Dr. Lohitkumar Nainegali is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Karnataka, Surathkal. He obtained his M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India. Before joining NIT, he served at the IIT Dhanbad for nearly a decade. With more than a decade years of teaching and research experience, his expertise spans physical and numerical modeling of geotechnical systems, stability of geotechnical structures, soil dynamics and foundations, and valorization of industrial waste. He has been awarded with several competitive research grants from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Coal India Limited, SPARC, and Eastern Coalfields Limited, among others. Dr. Nainegali has contributed as an editor to a book and has authored several research articles published in several international journals and conferences.
Dr. Sreevalsa Kolathayar is an Associate Professor in civil engineering at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Karnataka, Surathkal, India. He obtained M.Tech. from IIT Kanpur and Ph.D. from IISc Bangalore. He has authored and edited several books, holds five patents, and published over 100 research articles. He is the recipient of the ISET DK Paul Research Award from the Indian Society of Earthquake Technology for the best Ph.D. thesis on Earthquake Risk Reduction in India. He received the “IEI Young Engineers Award” from the Institution of Engineers (India) in the year 2019. He is on the Roster of two technical committees of ASCE Geo-Institute and acts as a member of BIS CED 39 for three IS codes. He is an elected National Executive Committee member of the Indian Geotechnical Society for the term 2025-27. He served as organizing secretary of 3rd Indian Symposium on Offshore Geotechnics (ISOG 2024).

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to moluna, Greven, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
