Her multifaceted career is marked by a strong commitment to employee engagement, talent development, and the implementation of effective pedagogical methodologies. In her role at Waste Collection Canada, Tanvi excels in various administrative and HR tasks. She assists with general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings and responding to emails, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. She also plays a crucial role in maintaining legal compliance by helping to uphold labor laws and regulations. Tanvi is instrumental in internal communication efforts, providing clear and timely updates on HR initiatives.
