Who says learning can't be joyful? In a world where test scores often overshadow smiles, Supporting Children’s Holistic Development at School and Home brings a refreshing perspective: that children thrive when both their minds and hearts are nurtured.
This vital resource bridges the gap between academic achievement and social-emotional growth, offering practical strategies for supporting the whole child. Drawing on research and proven practices, the book shows how cognitive development and emotional well-being work together to transform educational outcomes, revealing how play, the arts, and creative problem-solving develop critical thinking, while sharing insights for supporting diverse learners.
With a focus on equity and holistic growth, this guide provides educators and parents with the knowledge to foster children who are academically successful, socially competent, and emotionally resilient.
