Supporting Boys’ Learning will help teachers develop knowledge and strategies for teaching boys in ways that build on their strengths, respect their individual development levels, and adhere to principles of child development. Barbara Sprung and Merle Froschl are co-directors of the Educational Equity Center at AED. Dr. Nancy Gropper is a faculty member and co-chair of the Department of General Teacher Education at Bank Street Graduate School of Education.
