Print on Demand. This book presents a compelling analysis of the political climate in the United States during the 1850s, emphasizing the growing tensions between the Southern and Northern states over the issue of slavery. The author argues that the Southern states were being robbed of their land and revenue by the Northern states, leading to a situation where the South was locked in a perpetual state of vassalage and tribute. The author examines the historical and legal context of this conflict, tracing it back to the formation of the Constitution, and argues that the only way for the South to escape this oppressive situation is through the Supreme Court of the United States. This book offers a unique perspective on an important period in American history, shedding light on the political dynamics that led to the Civil War. It is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the history of slavery, the antebellum South, and the legal battles that shaped the nation. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.…
