(Book One of the After The Last Plate Series)
It begins with something small.
A plate of food left on a kitchen table.
Hours later… it’s still warm.
No microwave.
No stove.
No explanation.
At first, people laugh it off. A strange coincidence. A faulty thermostat. Maybe someone reheated it and forgot to mention it.
But the next morning the plate is still warm.
Then another meal is found the same way.
And another.
Soon strange reports begin spreading through quiet neighborhoods and late-night diners—food that refuses to cool, meals that seem to wait patiently in empty kitchens, leftovers that somehow feel… alive.
Then someone dies.
What started as a curiosity quickly becomes a mystery, and the mystery begins to grow into something much darker. Investigators struggle to understand what’s happening while ordinary people begin to fear the most ordinary places in their homes—their kitchens.
Because if a simple plate of food can defy the laws of nature…
What else might it be capable of?
The Supper That Stayed Warm is the chilling first entry in the After The Last Plate series—an eerie, suspenseful story where everyday life slowly twists into something deeply unsettling.
And this is only the beginning.
