Synopsis:
Wake up, little one - summer sun's a-risin'! So begins a young boy's busy day as Ma gently wakes him. After a hearty breakfast he sets out to help Pa do the morning chores. After the noontime meal, he's out again with Pa to mow the fields of hay, help Ma in the vegetable garden and fish in the stream. As the sun slips lower in the sky, it's time for a dinner, a bedtime story and a night of sleep under a starry sky.
