Als nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg die Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universitat Greifswald im Februar 1946 wiedereroffnet wurde, lieaen die sowjetischen Besatzungsbehorden die Rechts- und Staatswissenschaftliche Fakultat geschlossen. Seither war die Greifswalder Universitat keine Volluniversitat mehr. Sie war amputiert worden, wie Rektor Zobel 1991 formulierte. Seit der Neukonstituierung der Fakultat im Oktober 1992 sind 25 Jahre vergangen. Das Jubilaum der Wiedererrichtung der Fakultat nahmen Fakultatsmitglieder zum Anlass, in einer Ringvorlesung neuere Forschungsarbeiten vorzustellen, die an den Schnittstellen von Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften angesiedelt sind. Zu dieser Ringvorlesung lud die Fakultat unter dem Titel Recht trifft Wirtschaft im Sommersemester 2017 ein. An sechs Terminen trugen zwolf Professoren acht Juristen und vier Okonomen aus ihren Forschungsarbeiten vor. Der vorliegende Band prasentiert die uberarbeiteten und verschriftlichten Versionen der Vortrage.
