Item description from seller

FIRST EDITION, pp. 318, [1], crown 8vo, original textured oatmeal cloth, backstrip lettered in black, very faint partial browning to inner-margin of free endpapers, dustjacket with a vivid pictorial design (unsigned), backstrip panel slightly browned with a small white mark towards foot, short closed tear at head of front flap-fold, a longer one at head of upper joint-fold, lightly chipped to extremities otherwise, very good.
