This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -At first glance, Dr Ash looks like the textbook example of a dental practice owner who's done everything right. He's smart, clinically capable, and good with patients. He works hard and genuinely cares. Yet despite all the effort, something isn't working. The numbers feel tight. Patients drift away. Pressure seeps into his home life. And the quiet question won't leave him alone: Why does this feel so hard The Stuck Practice is a modern fable that follows one dentist's journey from confidence to confusion, and eventually to clarity. Through Ash's story, the book reveals how unseen forces-ego, poor systems, unclear positioning, and the wrong kind of 'busy'-can quietly trap even talented practitioners. This is not a clinical manual or a step-by-step business guide. Instead, it uses story to surface the deeper truths most dentists were never taught: why effort doesn't always equal progress, why good intentions aren't enough, and why getting unstuck often requires thinking differently, not working harder. Honest, relatable, and confronting at times, The Stuck Practice is written for dentists who sense they're capable of more-but can't quite see what's holding them back. 108 pp. Englisch.…
